Frequently Asked Questions about our Home Delivery

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
Credit Cards, Balance transfers, and eChecks are processed through Paypal if ordering online. (A Paypal account is not required to pay with a credit card.) Revolution Money Exchange prior to delivery. (We will send a personalized Money Request through Revolution Money Exchange within 24 hours if you select this option during checkout.) Cash and Checks at time of Delivery. Please make checks payable to Not Just For Doggie.

Where Do You Deliver?
Our delivery area includes Chino Hills, Chino, Phillips Ranch, Diamond Bar, Rowland Heights, Claremont, Montclair, Northwest Corona (Eastvale area), and Ontario. Our delivery area is generally within 10 miles of our location. If you're unsure if we deliver to your area, send us an email with your complete mailing address. We'll look up the address and respond by email.

I'm Outside Your Delivery Area. Can We Meet Somewhere?
Yes, we can meet at locations within our delivery area for you to pick up the order. Please send an email to NotJustForDoggie@aol.com with your request for a meeting place pick-up, and approximate order, prior to ordering. Include your city and we'll see how close we can meet you. We'll respond by email within 24 hours.

What Is the Minimum Order for Delivery?
Minimum order for delivery is $20.00 before tax and delivery charge.

What Are the Charges for Delivery?
Free delivery on all orders of $50.00 or more (before tax). Orders under $50.00 are charged a delivery fee of $4.95.

When Do You Deliver?
Generally, our hours are Monday through Thursday between the hours of 2:45 pm - 5:30 pm. Friday between the hours of 2:45 pm - 8 pm. Saturday between the hours of 7:00 am - 8:00 pm. Sunday between 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.

When Will My Order Be Delivered?
After we receive your order, we will contact you by email with a list of at least 4 delivery times that are available. Generally orders that are for in-stock items are delivered within 1-4 days.

Can I Pick Up My Order?
We are a home based business. Unfortunately, due to licensing regulations, we are not allowed to have customers come to our house.

What Items are in Stock?
We do our best to keep everything in stock.

Do You Charge Tax?
Yes, we are required to charge tax on all orders delivered within California.

How to Order?
To order, add the number you would like in the quantity box. At the bottom of that gray box is an "Add All Items to Cart" button. Click that and those items will be added to the cart. Please repeat this for each gray boxed area.

I Want Items from the Mail Order Area and They are not Appearing in my Shopping Cart.
Our website is two websites in one. Each section has it's own shopping cart. The home delivery has one cart. The mail order section has another cart. If you would like something added, please contact us by email and we'll fix it right away. We're in the process of building the home delivery area and lots more will be added.

Do You Accept Coupons?
We accept Earthborn Holistic Primitve Natural Coupons and Not Just For Doggie coupons.

How Do I Redeem a Coupon?
Not Just For Doggie coupons have the instructions on the coupon. For an Earthborn Holistic coupon, add to the comment box that you have a coupon while checking out. We will give cashback at time of delivery for the face value of the coupon. Present the coupon to your delivery person and they will refund the coupon in cash. Only original manufacturer's coupons are accepted, no photocopies.
